DO I NEED A RESERVATION IN ADVANCE?

Yes, if you want to secure your seat in our airport shuttle. In case you couldn't make a reservation in advance, you can still ask our Airport Shuttle Desk at Kansai Airport if we have availability. The staff may be able to arrange a ride for you.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Some email providers filter our messages. Please check your junk/spam/trash bin if our reply does not arrive in 2 days. Contact us for help HERE.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER?

Our Airport Shuttle Desk will confirm your reservation via email within 3 days, send you the confirmation number and further instructions about the pick-up time and payment.

I WANT TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR TOMORROW.

Please give us a call (Kyoto +81-75-778-5489/Kobe +81-80-3639-5011) and if we have availability, we will make a reservation for you.

I'M UNABLE TO SUBMIT THE ONLINE RESERVATION FORM.

You can submit your online reservation form until 17:00 JST, 2 days before the day of the trip. Our system is unable to accept any online requests later than that.You can try to give us a call (Kyoto +81-75-778-5489/Kobe +81-80-3639-5011) and if we still have availability, we will make a reservation for you.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require a cancellation fee of...


・20% of the fare, if you cancel up to17:00 (JST), 10 - 4 days before the reserved day
・30% of the fare, if you cancel up to17:00 (JST), 3 days before the reserved day
・40% of the fare, if you cancel up to17:00 (JST), 1 day before the reserved day
・100% of the fare, if you cancel up to17:00 (JST), on the reserved day.

We cannot guarantee that our drivers will arrive on time as scheduled or prevent any service cancellations that might arise as a result of circumstances beyond our control.

WHEN AND HOW WILL YOU INFORM ME ABOUT THE PICK-UP TIME?

We will let you know about the exact pick-up time one day before your trip via email or phone. We will call you on your mobile phone if you have a Japanese number and leave a message if we can't reach you. We will send you an email if you don't have a Japanese phone number. We will not call or email you one day before your trip if the place of pick-up is the airport. Please just come to our shuttle desk when you arrive and let our staff know your name and reservation number. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT?

Please walk to the MK Skygate Airport Shuttle desk located near gate H. Show the copy of your reservation confirmation to the staff and wait for their instruction.

WHAT IF MY PLANE IS DELAYED?

In case your flight is delayed over an hour (30 minutes for domestic flights), your reservation will be cancelled automatically as the shuttle is a shared taxi.Please go to our shuttle desk when you arrive (Kansai Airport - near gate H, Itami Airport - no shuttle desk). We will try to find you an available seat for the next shuttle. If all the seats are fully booked, we may have to ask you to use another means of transportation.

WILL WE LEAVE THE AIRPORT IMMEDIATELY?

Some passengers arrive on dfferent flights, therefore it is possible that we need you to wait until all passengers scheduled to travel in the same shuttle arrive. The waiting time can be 30 min - 1 hour. We are trying our best to shorten the waiting time for all passengers.

WHAT SORT OF LUGGAGE IS ALLOWED TO CARRY?

You can carry one suitcase (W+L+H= max 200 cm) and a carry-on free of charge. You have to pay for an additional fee from the second piece of luggage. You need to pay an extra fee for golf bags, skis and snowboards.If you have any questions, please write in the "note" part of the reservation form.

CAN I CARRY A BABY STROLLER?

Yes, our shuttle buses can transport baby strollers but only the folding type baby strollers. Please fold your stroller so we can put it into the trunk.

ALLOWED NUMBER OF LUGGAGE

One large suitcase (W+L+H= max 200 cm) is free of charge/person. Additional fee is to be paid for the second and third large suitcases. If you have more than three large suitcases, you are required to book another seat on the shuttle and the same charging method as mentioned previously will be applied.

ex.: 3 Suitcases → S1 = free, S2 & S3 = extra charge

ex.: 4 Suitcases → S1 = free, S2 & S3 = extra charge, S4 = extra seat charge

ex.: 5 Suitcases → S1 = free, S2 & S3 = extra charge, S4 = extra seat charge, S5 = extra charge

CAN I CARRY FRAGILE ITEMS?

Yes, but we cannot take responsibility for any damage. Small musical instruments are also allowed but these will be treated just like other baggage.

WHAT TIME WILL YOU PICK ME UP AT MY ACCOMMODATION?

We will arrange to pick you up according to your flight departure time and desired arrival time to the airport. We will inform you about the exact pick-up time one day before your trip via email or phone.
